Your SMS consent is for Cary's Grill & Bar order and customer-care messages only.

Cary's Grill & Bar, a restaurant in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is the business you are texting and the only party you give SMS consent to. Innov8 Consulting Group (DBA Innov8) is the technology provider that powers the text-ordering experience, including the automated assistant "Joy," under a signed letter of engagement with Cary's Grill & Bar.

Innov8 does not receive your consent for its own messaging, will not send you messages on its own behalf, and will not use your number for any purpose other than delivering Cary's order and customer-care messages.

SMS Terms of Service

Program: Cary's Grill & Bar Text Ordering. When you text (501) 476-2221, you receive conversational replies about your Cary's pickup orders: placing an order, confirming items and totals, answers to menu and hours questions, and ready-for-pickup notices. Replies are provided by Joy, an automated ordering assistant powered by Innov8.
Opt-in: You opt in by texting ORDER (or any message) to (501) 476-2221, by scanning a Cary's Grill & Bar QR code that opens a text to that number, or by checking the unchecked-by-default consent box on the Cary's opt-in form. Your consent covers Cary's Grill & Bar order and customer-care messages only. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
No marketing: No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your orders and questions. You receive messages only in response to conversations you start.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. Text START to order by text again.

to answer your menu, hours, and order questions;
to notify you when your order is ready; and
to meet legal, security, and messaging-compliance obligations.

Service Providers

Innov8 powers this program and uses trusted service providers to operate it, including messaging carriers and platforms that deliver text messages and AI technology providers that process messages so Joy can respond. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for Cary's and may not use it for their own marketing.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

Neither Cary's Grill & Bar nor Innov8 sells, rents, or trades your personal information.

Data Retention and Security

Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the program or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access to or deletion of your information, including your phone number and conversation history, by asking Cary's Grill & Bar or by contacting [email protected]. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
