Program. Joy by Innov8 is an AI assistant operated by Innov8 Consulting Group. When you text Joy, you receive conversational replies to your messages.

Opt-in. You opt in by texting our number directly or by agreeing to receive messages when invited. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with Joy.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.

SMS and Mobile Information

Innov8 Consulting Group collects your mobile number and message content solely to provide the Joy by Innov8 service. Conversation history is stored so that Joy can provide continuity across your messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You may request deletion of your number and conversation history at any time by contacting [email protected].
